This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and how it's handled when you browse the accommodation directory, subscribe for updates, or recommend a property.

01 · Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: what you choose to give us, and basic technical data collected automatically as you browse.
Information you provide directly
- Subscription form: your email address, and any optional details you share, such as a property or destination you're interested in, an island group or region, or notes about what you're looking for.
- "Recommend a Property" form: the property name and location you submit, your reason for recommending it, and an email address if you choose to provide one.
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns (for example, which searches or region tabs are used), collected to help us understand how the directory is used.
- We do not knowingly collect precise location data, payment information, or government ID numbers through this site.
02 · How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through this site only for purposes connected to the directory itself:
- To send you updates you've requested, such as new destinations or featured properties added to the directory.
- To follow up on a property recommendation you've submitted, if you've provided a way to reach you.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the directory, so we can improve it.
- To respond to direct inquiries sent to us by email.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
03 · Third-Party Services
This site relies on a small number of outside services to function. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:

| Google Fonts | Loads the typefaces used on this page. Google's standard font-serving privacy practices apply. |
Clicking through to any of these external sites means you're subject to their privacy policy and terms, not this one.
05 · Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as it's needed for the purpose you provided it — for example, subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and property recommendations are kept while we review and consider them for the directory.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your Rights & Choices below.
06 · Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time, including unsubscribing from update emails.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at goodrealassets@gmail.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
Every subscription email includes an unsubscribe link, which is the fastest way to stop receiving updates.
07 · Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established, security-conscious third-party providers (such as HubSpot) to store and process form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information appropriately protected.
08 · Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
09 · Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the directory grows or as our use of third-party tools changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
